Scope of use:
Copper alloy / aluminum alloy / zinc / tin / lead and other low temperature materials.
Reference dosage:
It is added according to 0.3-1% of the molten weight, and increases or decreases according to the purity of the melt.

2. Principle of action: This product is made of a variety of salt compounds in a certain proportion by special processing, which mainly relies on carbon dioxide gas tumbling to remove hydrogen and slag inclusions in the molten metal.
3. Performance characteristics: this product is smokeless, tasteless, dust-free and pollution-free when used; non-stick crucibles and tools; Does not corrode equipment. The refining and degassing and slag removal effect is good, and the operation is simple. Substitutes hexachloroethane, zinc chloride and carbon tetrachloride.
4. Operating temperature: 720-750°C
How to use
It should be checked before use, and if there is moisture absorption, it should be dried next to the furnace before use. When the temperature of the alloy liquid reaches 720-750 °C, press this product into 2/3 of the molten metal with a basin-shaped bell jar, slowly make a circular and inclined movement, so that the molten metal rolls evenly. The action time is about 8-10 minutes, and the slag is picked up after 3 minutes of rest. At this time, due to the reaction of the slag cleaner, a lot of heat is released, so that the slag quickly heats up and reddens, stirs the slag in time, and removes the slag powder after the slag becomes crushed powder.
If the slag cleaning agent is covered, it is sprinkled into the furnace three times, the second time is added at the beginning of the charge melting, the second time is added after all melting, and the third time is mainly used to separate the slag metal, which should be sprinkled on the surface of the slag after refining. The specific amount can be adjusted according to the reference dosage.
Packaging and storage
Each carton is 20kg, sealed in plastic bags, stored in a dry place, valid for 12 months.
