Product use:
Anchoring bricks are generally used in furnaces, also known as hanging bricks. It is a new type of anchoring brick for industrial furnaces, especially an anchoring brick for industrial furnace roofs, including hanging ends and anchors. The column body formed by the body, the spaced grooves opened on the surface of the anchor body, and the ribs are arranged along the length direction on at least one surface of the anchor body. The tensile and flexural strength of the anchor is significantly improved, and the stress generated at the groove is blocked at the ribs and cannot be transmitted continuously, so the anchor brick of this structure is not easy to break.
Precautions for masonry of anchor bricks:
1. When laying bricks, carefully apply mud from both sides to prevent gas leakage from the top of the furnace;
2. The hanging part of the anchoring brick should not be damaged (it should play the role of hanging metal parts);
3. Ensure the size of the masonry joints, perform top masonry, and correctly determine the role of the hanging metal parts;
4. Expansion joints should be properly left between the furnace body and the anchoring bricks;
5. Generally use air hardening mud;
