High alumina fire brick is with a content of more than 55%.Using high bauxite clinker as the main raw material, soft clay and waste pulp and paper liquid as binder, multi-stage particle ratio of mud, through high pressure molding, drying, high temperature firing.The high alumina bricks are classified according to their mineral composition: low mullite, mullite, mullite, corundum-mullite and corundum. The mineral composition is mainly corundum, mullite and glass facies.

【Product Classify】
High aluminum fire brick according to the content of aluminum oxide is different, divided into four grades:

【Product Features】
(1) fire resistance.The refractory of high aluminum brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750-1790 degrees, which belongs to senior refractory materials.
(2) load softening temperature.Because high aluminum products in Al₂O₃ high, less mixed quality, forming less fusible vitreous, so the load softening temperature is higher than the clay brick, high aluminum load softening temperature is generally above 1420-1550 degrees.But because mullite crystals do not form a network, so the softening temperature under load is not as high as the silicon brick.
(3) slag resistance.High aluminum brick in Al₂O₃ more, close to neutral refractories, can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SIO ₂, so the ability to resist alkaline slag than the ability to resist acid slag.
(4) chemical corrosion resistance.High aluminum refractory products resistance to acid or alkaline slag, metal liquid erosion and oxidation, reduction reaction is very good, and with the increase of the content of Al₂O₃, the reduction of harmful impurities.
【Product use】
High alumina brick is mainly used for the lining of blast furnace, hot blast furnace, top of electric furnace, blast furnace, reflection furnace and rotary kiln.In addition, high alumina brick is also widely used as open hearse regenerative lattice brick, gating system plug head, nozzle stone, etc.
