The high bauxite castable is made of high bauxite clinker as aggregate, refractory clay as powder, aluminate cement and sodium tripolyphosphate in proportion.The service temperature of bauxite castable is 1400~1550℃.Bauxite castable is difficult to melt, insoluble in water, can melt in sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide solution, mainly used for aluminum smelting, refractory materials, but also can be used as spraying materials, grinding materials and high aluminum cement raw materials.

Raw bauxite: aluminum content of 35%-72%
Bauxite aggregate: 1mm-2mm, 2mm-4mm, 4mm-6mm
Ultrafine bauxite: 80-600 mesh
Clinker bauxite: aluminum content 55%-89% range, body density 2.8-3.4
