Product introduction
Clay brick belongs to a main variety of silica-alumina series products, is made of clay clinker as aggregate, refractory clay as binder made of Al2O3 content of 30-48% refractory products.
On the basis of producing general clay bricks, the clay bricks produced by Huanya Refractory Material Factory adopt high quality homogenizing material as the main raw material, add an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials and some additives, and after fine grinding, mixing, high pressure molding, change into mullite crystal phase at appropriate sintering temperature, and the residual products have good mineral composition.Thus, the product has high refractoriness, dense volume density, low porosity, excellent creep performance at high temperature and good volume stability.
Application
Clay refractories are more widely used than any other refractories because of their abundance of raw materials, ease of processing and low cost.It can be used in blast furnace, hot blast furnace, cupola, high steel barrel and pouring steel system, soaking furnace, heating furnace, non-ferrous metal melting furnace, silicate industry and chemical industry kiln and all thermal equipment chimney and flue, etc.
